The Hop Trophy is a journey.
Not just a journey, but an adventure along breweries where we do not know what the next destination will be. The journey is the goal, the destination a mystery.
It is a journey full of stories about beer, breweries, the brewers and of course about hops. Because we take the best hops from European soil with us to brew a beautiful beer together with the breweries we visit every time. The beers are tasted by an independent tasting panel.
Our trip is recorded in our Hop Trophy travel journal. At the end of the trip we have a beautiful book with a colourful collection of images and stories.
Of course we also take the Hop Trophy with us, as shown below during the first stop at Rock City Brewing.
At each stop, we ask the brewery where we are to nominate another brewery to take the Hop Trophy to. This way the brewers we visit determine the route of our journey!
